| Unruly Mob and Banehinge Invade Cannon Falls
|
|
The
Unruly Mob and Banehinge along with a cast of locals and visitors to Cannon Falls unleased good times
on a rather cool January night. The invasion was swift with good music
all around . With moshing and good drink , the crowd and the bands gave Cannon
Falls a warm spot on the map. Good cheers to Sagre and Cannon Falls.

Auggies
is a friendly comfortable tavern. As comfy as a sofa without the sofa. The
yellow bird sign outside gives the place an added charm or mystery. There's
a nice size bar and an area up front for the bands and everyone else to put
on a good show. And that they did all night.

|
The night began with Banehinge taking the stage. What stage? Who needs a
stage? Everyone on the same level. Up close and into or even part of the
show. Banehinge played some of their new songs along with the best
of times. Newcomers to Banehinge got a good look or maybe even a good taste
of the sound and guys that are Banehinge. Did you miss this one?

With
an easy change over, the night would give way to the soft gentle tunes of
the Unruly Mob ! Not even. Well, maybe soft or gentle to a rhino looking
for a mosh pit. The Mob serves up an all you can eat buffet of great metal
to party and mosh away the night. That they did. With the crowd and the band
on the same level there was a fun mix of band and crowd. Moshing and singing
with the Mob. A good show for all -- the crowd, Banehinge and Unruly Mob.
Yes, Cannon Falls did survive the invasion.

Auggies is a nice tavern for original bands to play. Hope there are more good shows in the future.
