Found my way down to the Red Sea on this Friday night. A five band night which included 'Likwid Blu', 'Less than Nothing', 'Orestus' from Wisconsin along with two opening bands 'Knowing Job' and 'Great Scott'. With 'Orestus' everyone got to see a six man band pack the stage with an aggressive high action singer and slick turntable action. A somewhat hip-hop metal groove sound. Kicking up some dust here with a fair number of fans that they brought with them from Wisconsin. One will find six degrees of Heavy Metal action with the band 'Less Than Nothing'. With a tight stage, Reet, Gill, Justin and Jef were able to dig in and still up the evening with up front guitar and vocal action. There are some live tracks on their website and even more so action at their live shows. A good time is 'Likwid Blu' as they come together well with a four song EP available called 'Paradigm Shift'. Vince, Justin, Jodi along with Steve on bass bring out a rockin metal mix of songs. They may soon have a full time bass player and they are driving forward with the 'Likwid Blu' sound.
