This was a sunday show at the Red Sea where four younger bands gathered in the Green Room. Likwid Blu brought three bands with them to the Red Sea. All with a similar alternative rock-metal sound approach. Yet, each has their distinct differences, developing style and set of material. 'Auto Toxin' has five members that are all 18 or younger. 'Likwid Blu' has been playing a number of shows in the Twin Cities during 2004 led by the vocals of Vince Beaman. 'Allies in Chaos' tends to play a number of shows in the St Cloud area north of the Twin Cities. 'Last Ditch Effort' and 'Auto Toxin' may be the lesser known of these four bands. With 'Auto Toxin' one will notice the brothers Tony and Ryan Kelly along with Truley Olson with his wireless guitar will find his way into the crowd. Also, Steve Mitchell has done a good job of filling in on bass for 'Likwid Blu' until they recently worked Erik Sorensen into the band. With 'Allies in Chaos' one will find the spirit of the band led by the energetic singer Jacob Champlin. The guitar work action included Kade Dastelitz for 'Last Ditch Effort' and Justin Crandall with 'Likwid Blu'. There is only one female talent among these bands with Jodi Detomaso on drums for 'Likwid Blu'. Both 'Likwid Blu' and 'Allies in Chaos' have CD's available. This is mostly an end of the year glimpse at four bands that will likely be seen playing about the Twin Cities in 2005.
