Gingerjake, Banehinge, Spew
at The Rock Night Club

Saturday night can be more than alright even with a threat of a winter
storm for the Twin Cities. The snow was rather mild and three bands
dialed in their performance for The Rock Night Club. The band 'Spew'
did the opening slot well with some of their newer songs and closed their set
with the older song "Puppeteer". Perhaps more of a crowd song than a
band favorite, yet it is a song that the band can have fun with and the
crowd can dig into. 'Banehinge' took to stage with two new
members. Jason and Chris bring some new energy to the band. The band dealt out
songs from their "Psycles" CD and two new songs "Stay
Hyde" and "Lemmings". Fans of 'Gingerjake' are looking forward to their
CD release. It looks like it will be a six song EP. Their rather new
song "Hydroxygen" appears to be joining the ranks as one of their
popular songs. They also have a new song called "Toothpicks and Salt"
to check out. All three bands may have t-shirts available and are
working the Minnesota club scene .
