This Friday night at Club Underground in NE Mpls brought together a mix
of metal bands. The band Harsh Reality has a gothic metal approach. On
this evening they presented a different mix then normal as APOX's Kat
and Mercy V provided vocals for the early part of the set and Harsh Reality
singer Odi arrived in town in time to close out the set. Jendeen and
Tempest of Harsh Reality worked with the band All The Pretty Horses
before they brought Harsh Reality out full time in 2006. Dying Euforia
came together in 2006 with a mix of members from other bands. Jeremy
and Jason were with the band Revelence. The band Beauty of Decay was
formerly know as Ocularis with most of the same members. Myiasis brings
to stage a thrash metal set of material. The somewhat industrial metal
of 80-D fit well to round out the mix of metal bands. All these bands
seem to have started playing out regularly around the Twin Cities in
2006.
