Metal times three at Star Central
|
The Star Central got a taste of three metal bands on a wednesday night
which included 'R-evolution', 'Ocularis' and 'Revelence'. A
somewhat wild good time metal night with the action rolling out with
'Revelence' up and bold to break in the crowd. A healthy roar, guitar
work and a three man pyramid. The stage has a walk out extention in the
center ( which has a strobe within ) where band members tend to work up
some action. An area which could be nick-named the 'Tongue'. More
action came with the band 'Ocularis' as they stirred things up which
brought band members from 'Revelence' and 'Cold Colours' on stage with
fans for a good party time number. Local scene fans know that Al played
drums for 'Skrum' and is now working the kit with 'Ocularis' and
'Banehinge'. The night closed out well with 'R-evolution' which have
recently played down in Iowa with 'Facecage'.
