Revelence and Eyenine
at Star Central
|
The Star Central is a rather good venue for the local scene live music
fans. This evening hosted the bands 'Revelence', 'Eyenine'
and 'Quazar'. Quazar has been out playing recently after being
out of action for a long period. Only saw a couple of songs and they
look to be up heavy and strong for the crowd. The Eyenine guys have
been known by another name;but only recently been out playing regularly
as Eyenine. Also, it looks like Quincy the guitarist will also be
playing bass for Filthy Divine. With the band Revelence one will find
entertainment with an active string section and a horn section - -
thats metal horns not french horns. They have been working on some new
songs and apparently are working on a CD and DVD. Watch for all three
bands to be playing out in the Twin Cities area and keep an eye open
for shows at the Star Central which has become an active part of the
Twin Cities scene. The Twin Cities has more than a dozen core music
venues in Mpls and St. Paul with a few out in the suburbs. Bands have a
number of music venue options and opportunities in the Twin
Cities and surrounding areas with out of town possibilties in St Cloud,
Mankato, Owatanna, Bemidji, Duluth as well as near by Iowa and
Wisconsin venues to seek out new fans.
