A few days before X-mas and the band 'Sepsis' was out playing with a new singer by the name of Tick. Tick was the upfront singer with 13th Step and has in recent months been working with the band Sepsis. The band 13th Step has moved back to Minnesota and is looking for a new singer and also will likely rename the band along with creating a more so heavy approach with new material while retaining the general appeal of 13th Step. The new Sepsis on this evening gave a setting for Tick to perform as they presented some new material with Tick singing the first and last few songs. This was the first time they played together live at a venue and Jason on guitar sang the center portion of the set. At this show the energy and focus was with Tick and his stage performance approach. Some of the new songs are 'Death by Snu Snu', 'Meat Bomb' and 'Tick'. We will have to wait and see how the band developes with future shows. With Jason playing guitar for the band 'Banehinge', it is likely that the two bands will often play the same show or event in upcoming months.
