Thought Cloud at the Terminal Bar
|
It
was a Friday night at the
Terminal Bar where the band 'Thought Cloud' took part in an
entertaining showcase called Chix-Mix. The show was hosted by Lolly Pop
where she also provided a smart and clever pop music mix as the group
'Telephone' later in the evening. Walked into the party bar atmosphere
as 'Future Lisa' was finishing up the opening set with keyboards and
vocals. Some of the Thought Cloud
regular fans were on hand along with a surprise for them as the band
'Sunspot' from Madison, Wisc arrived on scene. They would be playing
the following night in town and have often played with Thought Cloud in
the Wisc. area. With the band 'Thought Cloud' , the room was filled
with the high energy upfront heavy in your face good time action with
the hardy vocals of Leah as she kicked things off with a X-mas intro.
Mike on bass was off stage much of the time which included playing on
the bar itself along with final bass lines being struck by the hands of
those around a table. Chris South of Downside of Truth joined in on
vocals with the song 'Downshift'. Stood back in the crowd and enjoyed
some of 'Skirr' in action which is a sold band that scene fans should
check out.
