Necromis and Sound and Fury
at the Triple Rock Social Club

Some heavy action on a Friday evening with 'Necromis' and 'Sound and Fury'. The Triple Rock is a good time hot spot on the west bank in Mpls where one will find a mix of local and touring bands. The band 'Necromis' was having their CD release show for their new album 'Burnscar'. After a short walk down Cedar Ave, arrived in time for a portion of the set by 'Violent Impact'. Missed the first two bands 'Vulnerata' and 'Cwn Annwn'. This was somewhat of a different stage and setting for 'Sound and Fury' which have played First Avenue and The Cabooze. They may have seemed a little over easy compared to the hard core bands that stirred up the evening. Keith was rather active on stage while Matt, Eric and Jason worked at getting a feel for the stage as the crowd may have been hungry to get down with 'Necromis'. Looks like 'Sound and Fury' are working on a number of new songs and will be hard at work in the studio. It was soon time for the hard and heavy action of 'Necromis'. Was there more wild action on stage or off stage? They certainly dug into the night with a good time vengeance as they stirred up the crowd with a grind out the night set. Greg, the lead singer took pause "Its all about having a good time" and rallied on the crowd as they closed out a good night for their CD release. Scene fans will be able to find all these bands out and about playing the Twin Cities area.
