It was a monday night at the Triple Rock on the west bank mpls
area. A Ouija Radio show hits hard with the guitar and vocals of
Christy Hunt up front and center for a heavy on the good time
psychedelic rollercoaster ride. With the low end action of Matt on
bass, the well struck drum work of Charles and the tickle the ivory
keyboard work of Sarah . . . they electrified the evening early
with some new songs and their song 'Plain Gold Ring'. With their CD
'Last Night on Earth',
one will find the Radio of the mind sliding along the Ouija spectrum
for a ten song rock the city lights ride. The crowd got a mix of older
songs and their new material as they are working to release
'The Devil and the Witch' EP. Matt was out with his full throttle
bounce at bass and Christy was in tune with the crowd on her Gibson as
she delivered her vocal magic to make for an all around good time. With
a tour in Oct out to the
east coast and back, they will likely be back in the Twin Cities scene
before heading out of town on another mini tour.
