Spring in the air at the Urban Wildlife Club

With spring comes alot of activities which included four bands at the Urban Wildlife Club - Rock Room. Most of those who know the local scene in Minnesota are surely aware of the music by 'Banehinge' and '13th Step'. Many may know of 'Diskord' and 'Bleeding the Sick'. All four bands put forth great effort at their shows and the match up works well at the Rock Room. The alternative metal mix of music and performance has a growing crowd of supporters and out to have fun RockWatchers.

Bleeding the Sick

Bleeding the Sick is Brent Buzzell, Jeff Strong, Eden Taylor and Mike Blubaum. Jeff on vocals up front and center brings forth the lyrics and stage image that sticks with you long after the show. Take note of the songs 'Riot' 'Speed Trap' and 'Learning to Kill'. Some of you may know that Eden Taylor also plays bass for 'All the Pretty Horses' and two other bands. Banehinge - Jon and Chad

Banehinge is Jon Wogen, Dave Stasney, Chad Hasledalen, Josh Junge and Chad Manders. They are up and out promoting their new CD 'Psycles' and are alive in the 93X Battle of the Bands. Take note of their new songs 'If I Can...' , 'Honesty' and 'a.pologize a.gain'. They also play some of their older tunes such as 'Angel' and 'Finger Boy'. Diskord

Freakin out - Matt, Larry and Tick

13th Step is Tick, Matt, Larry and Shawn. They are always out to give the crowd a good "Freak Out" show. Driving the crowd into a good time frenzy with the songs 'Acid Lake' , 'Backlash' and 'Fading'.
