A Friday night at the Urban Wild Life Club brought together three local metal - hardcore bands. Was able to see some of the opening set of 'Rivkit' as they struck the crowd with the song "Recoil'. Rob Blake is a rather new singer with 'Burden Within'. Rob and the band put forth some hardy head thrashing good time music. What will they bring to the scene in 2004? A few of their songs to take in that came off well at the show are "Shelter", "Sky's Unfold" and "Eyes Diolated". Al is the former drummer for 'Skrum' and has joined 'Ocularis' as they hit the scene. At this show they gave away a three song CD which contained the songs "Departure", "Fallen" and "Candyman". Some powerhouse hard core to close out the night. Three bands for the heavy hard edged end of the music spectrum. Try to rock out 2004 with these bands and a number of others that are playing the Mpls area.
