Stigma - Facecage - Identical
At the Urban Wild Life Club

Three bands take command of the Urban Rock Room on this Friday night. The guys from 'Identical' were up strong and pleased to be opening for 'Stigma' and 'Facecage'. Both Justin and Phelony stir things up rather well with their stage action. Bringing the metal-core 'Identical' sound to a party time pitch and prime the crowd for a night of good time metal. Nats on bass was up in good spirits for the show even as he wrestles with a medical condition. Sit back and converse about the scene was in order as it would soon be time for 'Facecage'. - Continued below.

Will we see Murray sing in the future?

Matt Nyberg, Michael Miklus, Fred, Eric and Jim were out and about before the show talking with friends and new fans. Out to have a good time in Mpls and gearing up for a series of CD release shows for their new CD " i i ". Working the smaller stage of the Urban with a full impact performance to etch a Facecage mark in the skulls of the crowd. A strong figure on stage with Matt driving the lyrics out to the crowd with hard hitting songs in 'Skin' and 'Taken Apart'. The guitars hung back somewhat on the smaller stage while Matt and Fred worked stage front. In July they will be playing a series of shows in Omaha, Kansas City, Des Moine and the Milwaukee Metal Fest. Most likely we will see them hit the Twin Cities hard and heavy in the near future with a full dose of Facecage.

Murray and Rick were rather active on stage this evening along with Brian as they all have a good feel for the Urban stage. Rick was often a step away from being part of the crowd and Murray was often glowing with the red and blue lights up behind her. They have reworked some of their older songs including 'Ache', 'Grind' and 'Sinking'. It looks like everyone is getting into the song 'I Love I Hate'. They are also gearing up for some big shows in July. Two with Facecage and they will hit the east coast for the Millennium Music Conference in Harrisburg PA and NYC. Have you been Stigmatized?
