A:Pod with Cold Colours and Stigma at the Urban Wild Life Club
|
|
A wednesday night in downtown Mpls.at the Urban. A mix of
metal, industrial and Stigma Daves's birthday bash. Cold Colours sliced
open the night with their well forged metal set. With Glen on drums and
up front Brian and Paul drive the bands image and sound into the crowd.
Many of their songs can be heard at IUMA.com. A solid start to the
evening and Stigma Dave was one step closer to being all partied out.
A:Pod was up next and invaded the stage with their industrial hip-hop
or is their sound rapcore electronica . With the Jealous Jester on
vocals, Johnny on drums, Brenda on bass, Dannible on guitar and the
keyboards--there's alot of action, bounce and working the crowd. A few
of their songs are "Rat Trap", "Evil Max" and a version of "South of
Heaven". With A:Pod the night became more shredded with exposed raw
energy to move the flesh. And Stigma Dave moved into high party mode
which crashed along side the shredded darkness. Stigma hit the
stage to close out the night. Murray, Brian and Rick front the
drum work of Derek to Stigma-tize the night with their metal rumble.
They have some new songs out which includes "I love, I hate" and are
off to L.A. in early Nov. to take in the west coast.
